If you are not satisfied with our product, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:

  1. In any of our stores you can exchange it for a product of the same value (this if you have stores on the street or a showroom).
  2. From your home. To do so, please contact [email protected] and we will contact the courier company to pick up the product. You can exchange the product for another of the same value, which will also be sent to your home.

Returns can only be made within 15 days of purchase to avoid being charged for the exchange order.
