Exchanges and returns will be accepted up to 10 days after the withdrawal or reception of the order. Only products that have not been used and are in the same condition in which they were received can be exchanged or returned. The product must retain its packaging and may not have signs of deterioration, breakage, writing and/or stains.
Returns or exchanges may be made in person at the publisher's address, 649 Gorriti Street, Lomas de Zamora de Avenida from 10 am to 5 pm with the presentation of the corresponding invoice, provided that the procedure has been previously carried out through the online store. In the case of exchange shipments outside the AMBA, shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. In case of having to make a refund, it will be made after verification of the return of the product in the same conditions it was sent.
